          Teens benefit from martial Arts training in many ways. one of the most important benefits  is "inner strength". One of the scary part about being a teenager is not knowing where you fit in. Also not caving in to peer pressure. Social Media and the internet gives our young adults access to many things (right & wrong) except for common sense.
